Q.
I'm a member, but I've lost my password. How can I get in? |
A.
Go to the Join Club page,
and click on the I forgot my Password button, fill in the credit
card info and expiration date, and it will get you going.
Note that screennames and passwords are case sensitive. |

Q:
My password doesn't work in the Club area. What's wrong? |
A:
If you are currently registered and your password doesn't work, remember that screennames
and passwords are case-sensitive, and check to see that you've typed it in correctly.
If this doesn't work, it is possible your username has been blocked by our
security software on the server which blocks username/password combos that
are detected coming from multiple locations at once. Password
sharing is the usual cause for this and is a violation of the Terms of
Service. Occasionally however, this is caused by password
guessing or hacking. If this is the case, this can be taken care of
by writing to us at security (at) crystalfilms.com.
Let us know your username and we'll check on the cause of the blockage and
restore access. |
